NOTE FROM THE OWNER ABOUT THE VAN

ABOUT THE SIENNA: For all purposes I am the first owner of this van because I purchased it in 2021– 5 months ‘new’ with a brand new conversion package from Oasis. The original owner developed sudden health issues and never had a chance to take any trips. For me it was the ideal ‘camper’ being a Sienna hybrid that gets real world 35mpg, but is also a van you can park in your garage. The van has been garage kept since I bought it, regularly maintained by the local Toyota Dealer and Cam Stones Automotive in Palm Desert – I have receipts for all maintenance. It has been recently serviced, smog certified, with lots of rubber still on the Yokohama tires. I have the pink slip ready to sign. Some of highlights include the sunroof, leather seats, lane departure and proximity warnings, Apple Car Play, front & rear climate adjustments and much more. Overall condition of this van is excellent. There are minor cosmetic imperfections I would be happy to call out.

DISCLOSURE: The van has never had an accident with another vehicle. In the summer of 2024 on a road trip I ran over road debris which resulted in having to replace several undercarriage components. No body work or cosmetic work was involved. Work was done at that time and it has handled as good as new since. If you have any concerns you’d be welcome to have the van looked over by a mechanic of your choice.

 

ABOUT THE CONVERSION:This conversion has only been lightly used a few times by me. The Coleman stove, sink, solar panels, water tank and tables have never been used! The conversion package I have is the “Style One Buildout”. It features Baltic Birch Cabinetry, Cherry hardwood face frame, a 3/4” subfloor, memory foam chair and mattress, cabinet cushion, canvas curtains, window screens and privacy covers, vinyl floor, Lagun swivel work table, portable folding table, kitchen galley with butcher block countertop, 13” sink and hand pump, 5 gallon freshwater tank and 1 gallon grey water tank, 1 large drawer, and hidden access in floor to storage space below kitchen. I would call the condition of the ‘conversion’ excellent with minor imperfections and many items in new condition.

Appliances: Jackery 1000wh power station, Dometic 28 liter fridge/freezer, Coleman 2 burner propane stove, portable solar panels and shore power adapter.

Other Items I’m Including: Full propane canisters, mattress top for added comfort, sheets and a portable road toilet.
