Dates are approximate and flexible. We need your van for 1-4 weeks, depending on the type of build and our volume. For a large Custom Build, we will need 4 - 6 weeks.

APRIL 15 - MAY 15

CONVERSION PROCESS

1. Call or email us.

2. Discuss the build-out details with our team, go over build out checklist together. We will give you a quote during this step.

3. Pick a time slot for a build and pay deposit ($2,500)

4. Sign project contract.

5. 1 month prior to build start, pay remainder of initial 50% of total.

6. Drop your van off at our shop.

7. Pick up your minivan camper when we are finished, pay remaining balance due.

DEPOSIT POLICY

Our deposit and refund policy is as follows:

  • Deposit Amount: We require a $2,500 deposit in order to get your build on our schedule.

  • Full Refund Cancellation: Full refunds are issued for cancellations made more than 60 calendar days before agreed upon build start date.

  • 70% Refund Cancellation: A refund of $1,750 will be issued for cancellations made less than 60 days before the agreed upon start date. Oasis Campervans will retain $750 of the deposit.

  • 50% Refund Cancellation: A refund of $1,250 will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the agreed upon start date. Oasis Campervans will retain $1,250 of the deposit.

  • Date Changes: Requesting changes to the start date of the build within 30 days of the start date of the project may incur a fee.
