NOW BOOKING BUILDS FOR SPRING/SUMMER 2025!

DEPOSIT POLICY

FOR BOOKINGS MADE BEFORE 3/1/2024

We will take a $2,500 deposit in order to get on the schedule. You can cancel for a FULL REFUND up until 12/31/2023. After that, we will keep $500 if the project is cancelled in January, $1,000 if cancelled in February, $1,500 if cancelled in March, $2000 if cancelled in April, and $2,500 if cancelled on May 1 or after. The remaining balance of the deposit (whatever amount is added to the $2,500 in order to make up 50% of the project total) will be collected when we talk to you about the details of your project and give you a full quote. This amount will be fully refundable up until 5/1/2024. The $2,500 deposit is the only amount that may be non-refundable, depending on when cancellation is made.

FOR BOOKINGS MADE ON OR AFTER 3/1/2024

We will take a $2,500 deposit in order to get your build on our schedule. Full refunds are issued for cancellations made more than 60 calendar days before agreed upon build start date. A refund of $1,000 will be issued for cancellations made less than 60 days before the agreed upon start date. Oasis Campervans will retain $1,500 of the deposit. Postponing a build start date by more than 14 calendar days will result in a $500 fee charged to the client.

Dates above are approximate and flexible. We need your van for 1-4 weeks, depending on the type of build and our volume. For a large Custom Build, we will need 4 - 6 weeks.

CONVERSION PROCESS

2. Discuss the build-out details with our team, go over build out checklist together. We will give you a quote during this step.

3. Pick a time slot for a build

4. Sign project contract

5. Pay deposit

6. Drop your van off at our shop

7. Pick up your minivan camper when we are finished, pay remaining balance due*
